“They will be my first call”
I called Dolphin Transmissions this morning fearing the worst, that my car’s transmission had imploded. After walking through the symptoms with me, Richie suggested that it sounded like a broken axle and that I should have my local shop take a look. He was very kind to spend time on the phone with me despite the fact that he probably didn’t stand to make any money. He was right, the axle had snapped in half! And it was a hell of a lot cheaper to fix than the tranny.
Though I’ve never technically done business with Dolphin Transmissions, you can bet that if I ever have transmission problems in the future, they will be my first call.
